Is there a free trial?

Can I start with just the academy and add AI coaching later?

Yes. You can start with Academy Pro ($45/user/month) to access the sales training library, then upgrade to the full Academy Pro + AI Coach plan ($95/user/month) when you are ready to add automated call coaching. Your academy progress and settings carry over seamlessly.

What does concierge onboarding include?

Concierge onboarding (available from $3,000 one-time) includes hands-on setup assistance: building your custom playbook and scoring criteria, configuring integrations with your CRM and call recording tools, training your managers on the coaching workflow, and ensuring your team is fully onboarded and productive from day one.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

All listed prices are already the annual billing rate. Month-to-month pricing is available at a higher rate. Volume discounts are available for larger teams — contact sales for details.
