A Moment is a short, high-value snippet from a sales call that captures a rep executing part of the sales process particularly well. Moments are automatically generated by Triple Session based on your custom playbook and scorecards — so every example is relevant to your methodology, not a random clip. They serve as ready-to-use best-practice examples for coaching and peer learning.
How are Moments created?
The AI continuously analyzes call recordings and automatically identifies where reps excelled against specific scorecard criteria. Those sections are saved as Moments, contextually linked to the part of the playbook they demonstrate. Moments are generated without any manual effort — they appear as calls are reviewed.
Can managers or reps create their own Moments?
Yes. In addition to automatic generation, managers and reps can manually clip any segment of a call and save it as a Moment. These custom Moments can then be shared with specific individuals, teams, or the entire organization.
What are Playlists?
Playlists are curated collections of Moments grouped by theme — for example, "Best Objection Handling" or "Strong Discovery Examples."
