Custom playbooks (also called scorecards) are structured representations of your sales process. Each scorecard contains specific criteria — observable behaviors a rep should demonstrate during a call — which the AI uses to automatically evaluate every call. Scorecards can be mapped to specific call types such as Cold Call, Discovery, Demo, or Proposal, and can include criteria weights, pass thresholds, and skip rules to match your exact methodology.
Who builds our scorecards — us or Triple Session?
Both. Triple Session's sales specialists work hands-on with your team to understand your playbook, suggest improvements, and translate your process into scorecards the AI can use. Your team can also modify scorecards directly at any time. Our team conducts quarterly reviews to keep scorecards aligned as your sales strategy evolves — you are never left alone to figure out what to measure.
What if our sales process isn't fully documented yet?
That is not a problem. Our team frequently helps customers codify and improve their sales process before building scorecards. We run workshops, identify missing steps, and suggest refinements based on common sales methodologies and your team's performance data.
